</li><li>Direct the Company’s financial operations and formulate strategies
</li><li>Provide financial leadership and maintain control of all the company’s financial matters
</li><li>Ensure that monthly financial and management reports, annual budgets and forecasts are prepared in a timely manner
</li><li>Overseeing the healthy cash flow of the company financing, taxation & treasury functions
</li><li>Overseeing the HR & Admin. functions
</li><li>Advise the management on the appropriate corporate structure and financial implication for new investments</li>
