) Be responsible for the 'big picture' on C#, .net Enterprise software projects.
2) Collaborate on architecture and design decisions with a team of super talented developers in an unhierarchical environment.
3)Take a technical leadership role in the Organization. This will encompass delivery of systems, internal thought leadership, conference attendance/presentation and contributing articles.
4)Ability to be technically agnostic when building systems but with at least one language/platform at least one of which is either Micrsoft or J2EE
5) Full project lifecycle experience encompassing analysis, design, coding and implementation of large scale OO systems.
