Ideal candidate must have atleast 4 years exclusively in J2EE (EJB,JSP,Servlets,Struts) technologies and should have alteast 1 year experience in analysis and design
Should have good knowledge of OOAD and J2EE design patterns. Also need to have the working experience in the same.
Strong experience working on frameworks such as Struts, Hibernate
Should have good knowledge working on RDBMS, Weblogic, Websphere, or JBOSS application servers </div>
