My name is Adriana Ionescu and I am currently Associate Marketing Director in Procter&Gamble in Central&Eastern Europe, in a very complex market (Balkans – 8 countries: Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia&Hertzegovina, Albania, Moldova, Macedonia, Montenegro). In 12.5 years in P&G I have built strong business management, people management and marketing expertise. Defining and implementing business and brand strategies in complex market and for complex brand portfolios, leading and developing people, and building brands based on deep consumer understanding and operational mastery are key expertise and motivation for me. I have a very strong record in defining and implementing brand strategies, that resulted in very strong brand equity and best-in-class market shares globally. My marketing expertise include development of holistic brand communication (TV commercials, print ads, outdoor, online, in-store materials, direct marketing, promotions etc).
