Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel and Access are a must. Languages knowledge required: Hindi, English are must Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel and Access are a must Driving License : Preferred 1) Knowledge of workflow, and operating procedures within the camp. 2) Ability to supervise and train employees who are under the supervisor's supervision. 3) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 4) Ability to gather and analyze information and generate reports. 5) Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures. 6) Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. 7) Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issues 9) Strong customer service orientation. 10) Computer Knowledge – MS Office Package / Internet Access.
