Oracle Database Engineer-Sitel Philippines Corporation-Pasig City

<li>The EMEA Database Engineer is responsible for the monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and investigating on all Database Systems / products located throughout EMEA, in order to meet operational and client requirements.
</li><li>The EMEA Database Engineer will work within the EMEA Data Systems team reporting to the EMEA Database Manager and will be responsible for three key areas:
</li><li>*Providing remote 2nd and 3rd line database technical support and assistance for internal and external customers at all Sitel sites, resolving trouble tickets as assigned by the EMEA Service Desk.
</li><li>*Providing proactive monitoring / configurations support to maintain the EMEA Databases in a standard, stable operating condition.
</li><li>*Working with the Development Team to provide support for designing, configuring and implementing the EMEA Database environment.</li></ul>
