1  Where to Begin / Career and Education Discussion / Re: I am 40 and need a Bachelors Degree….any suggestions? on: April 18, 2008, 07:56:56 AM

I really feel that the fact that a mans promotion is counted on the stake of a degree considering his experience is a bit awkward but its all about the corporations rules as I might think .Not all companies have policies like these but a degree relates to your educational experience. Like you already suggested PU and Ashford are good but if you want more options I think that this link Online bachelor degree will help you to make a better decision. (And considering the company reimbursement...That’s not an issue I feel cause you can get yourself better be it them or no).

Hi
I don’t have much idea about how far you can go with the mathematical calculations and the things they do to get the stuff done. MY friend said that they use an equation editor that plugs into ms-word as he  is doing an online accounting course. He has got a good resource when he was searching online colleges. It was http://www.distance-learning-college-guide.com/online-accounting-degree.html . It has different accounting programs and helps you to find the best colleges among all. It’s really a very good resource for people who want to do online courses. I wish it will help you.
Best of luck!
