IT Development Project Coordinator with RHIA degree
Directs and manages the activities of Sidra's Health Information Management Department to include the strategic planning, administration, and development of all department services consistent with standards of accrediting and regulatory agencies and the Qatar Foundation. Ensures appropriate and effective operational activities related to health information management and is consistent with professional standards. Provides leadership to the Medical Record and Forms Committees, and serves on numerous other operational and electronic health record committees. Fully involved in the development and implementation of the electronic medical record. Directly supervises managers and administrative support staff, and indirectly responsible for approximately XX employees. Provides direction and leadership regarding the organization's Privacy policies, procedures and standards
