LANT And MACHINERY MANAGER / SUPERVISOR-Doha Petroleum Construction Co
* Vocational Graduate or Equivalent.
* 7-10 years work experience in the similar capacity in a large organization.
* Good communication skills in written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is an advantage.
* Ability to manage day to day operations of the work shop with minimum cost for repair and maintenance.
* Able to source out spare parts from around the world (if necessary) in a short period of time.
* Establish a professional maintenance system for the work shop.
* Supervisions of the Plant & Maintenance and Transport Division's personnel.
* Train staff on new trend of fleet management, maintenance, trouble shooting etc.
* Ability to established and maintains Quality and Health Safety Environment (HSE) policy and objectives with the section to increase awareness, motivation and involvement.
