Warehouse Coordinator-Qatar Vision
• Reports to the head of production of the company
• Organize and structure required equipment for events as per requests of the head of production
• Supervise, guide and cooperate with the warehouse helpers in order to prepare, load and unload equipment for events
• Cooperate with warehouse helpers to organize and clean equipment, materials and working area
• Prepare documentations such as delivery notes and maintenance reports
• Responsible for quality control; no damaged equipment or materials are sent out
• Assists technicians in preparations and maintenance of equipment and materials
• Schedule maintenance
