To ensure efficient and effective estimation, tendering and follow up on Commercial projects KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Prepare detailed cost breakdown as per the scope including detailed material take off, activity wise resource requirements, subcontracts, indirect costs, etc. 2.Conduct site investigation to identify and assess details of scope. 3.Prepare independently detailed cost estimates from conceptual stages and process them till finalization. 4.Prepare technical proposal including statements, planning inputs, data sheets, techno commercial qualifications in coordination with relevant departments. 5.To assist the Invoicer in the preparation of the actual billing of documents. 6.To assist in updating the MIS.
