To perform all testing activities of the Quality lab related to the Finished product samples, In-process samples as per the established test methods using HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, ICP Analyser etc. and other samples, as assigned by the Quality Engineer. Perform the physical inspection of the finished product packages to make sure that correct material is delivered to the customer with proper packing. Calibrate the laboratory test instruments as per the approved calibration method and calibration schedule, to make sure the reliability of analytical results. Monitoring the stock levels of laboratory chemicals and consumables and inform regularly to the quality engineer. Report any abnormalities related to the samples and testing to the production and to the quality engineer. General housekeeping of the laboratory and maintenance of quality records.
