Project Control Officer-Norconsult Telematics-Riyadh
• Provide general Project management support to the Project Manager and the team. • Collect detailed Project status and generate status reports of the overall project. • Track project work and progress using Microsoft project and other Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Publish and maintain up-to-date plans for use by management and team members in direction setting, decision making and general status updates. • Coordinate and create necessary Statements of Work. • Assist in meetings for Project teams and Vendor. • Act as a back-up sub-team lead when necessary. • Perform general administrative tasks to include meeting scheduling and logistic coordination and minute documentation for communication. • Perform general administrative tasks to include scheduling meeting and logistic coordination and minute documentation for communication.
