Our client is looking for a Customer Resource Management (CRM) Business Analyst/Data Miner to maintain its marketing database.
Title:
DATAMINER, CRM & BUSINESS ANALYST
Purpose in order of priority
• Reinforce the CRM approach and skills of the region, helping local markets to manage and use their database to lead direct marketing actions.
• Manage the database, optimizing its content and functionalities in collaboration with the IT experts.
• Develop the regional knowledge about our clients to better drive the business
Responsibilities in order of priority
• CRM: Ensure the efficiency of Direct marketing actions
o Target, extract and provide the data needed by each market for mailing and emailing campaign
o Track and measure the impact of all the Direct marketing actions (Mailing & emailing)
o Make recommendation to optimize direct marketing actions
o Follow-up the commercial pressure of each country (cover / frequence)
o Identify the best practices and share them across the BU
• Database management:
o Responsible of the content (cleaning, monitor data- deduplication, matching, consolidating. Reconciling mailing lists)
o Optimize the analysis tools
o Produce regular reports (growth in each market, breakdown by segments, monthly data acquisition)
• Clients Regional knowledge:
o Lead ah hoc statistics analysis based on internal to the attention to the local markets and the top management of the region in order to improve the understanding of our clientele
o Make recommendations of direct marketing actions based
Tools
-Clients database, ISIS, Marketic One
-SAS or equivalent
-Excel, powerpoint, word
-Statistics methods (scoring technic, decision tree, significativity test…)
Assessment criteria
• Clients Regional knowledge:
o Enrichment of client knowledge
o Analysis relevance and identification of the key levers of optimization
o Quality of the answers to the queries (clear, synthetic, easy to understand)
o Use by local markets of analysis and tools developed
• CRM:
o Marketing campaigns efficiency
o Relevance of the recommendations of optimization
• Database:
o Accuracy of data included in the database
Profile:
• Background in Statistics, mathematics and IT.
• A first experience in CRM/datamining (either first job or long internships)
• Excellent level of spoken and written English;
• Analysis skills yet able to be synthetic
• Pro-active
• Business oriented
• Hard-worker, serious
• Possess high level of inter-personal skills
• Respect for different cultures and values kindness.
