Marketing & Operation Managers (MOM)
As the Head of the College, the MOM takes full responsibility for achieving the quarterly growth and profit targets of the College. The incumbent shall be a hands-on leader who shall manage a diverse and international team comprising lecturers, admin personnel, and sales and marketing staff, and spearhead the marketing strategies of the College. He shall manage the daily operations of our Singapore or China College and strive for the highest efficiency, and implement strategies to grow the business and achieve the bottom line targets of the College.
