• Experience with helpdesk operations, user support, troubleshooting problems, resolving issues, etc. for at least 2 years. • Strongly required Technical Skills on Windows based Operating System, Office Automation Applications including e-mail & Microsoft suite. • Strong written and verbal communication skills on Arabic and English. • Very strong, methodical troubleshooting skills (detailed, step-by-step approach to identifying and resolving issues). Ability to work with multiple teams to drive issues to resolution for users. • The Engineer should exhibit Good Presentation Skills.
