Review the ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material and man-hour estimates. Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR), identify requirements and scope of work Review specifications, Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Review Philosophies, Area Classification Drawings, Fire and Gas Detector Layout Drawings and other relevant documents. Establish contract review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal through the technical queries to projects/client. Verify scope of work, budgeted man hours, budgeted quantities, total of deliverables, format of delivery, time schedules, plant layout, stress analysis, isometrics, bill of materials, capacity, pressure requirements and other requirements. Monitor and control project Man-hour requirements during project execution; identify variations between Contract and proposal. Take corrective action as necessary. Create Manpower charts for task assignments, establish target completion dates,
