<li>Data entry on CMS for Fuel, Hotel, General Accounts Payable.
</li><li>Matching & mailing Accounts Payable checks.
</li><li>Assist in filing of invoices and other reports
</li><li>Answer and direct incoming departmental calls appropriately.
</li><li>Assist Accounting Manager and Director of Accounting in all other necessary functions as requested.
</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
</li><li>Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test </li></span>
