Associate Compliance/Privacy Manager-New Jersey-Franklin Lakes-Becton, Dickinson and Company
<li>Manage the delivery of compliance training to BD associates worldwide and monitor/assess training effectiveness.
</li><li>Identify and execute opportunities to improve BD's compliance and privacy policies and practice, including through the development and execution of communication plans.
</li><li>Assist the department in executing risk assessment/gap analysis processes and other compliance/privacy projects.
</li><li>Facilitate and maintain appropriate records tracking the receipt, investigation and resolution of privacy complaints.
</li><li>Maintain corporate and business unit privacy policies and procedures.
</li><li>Monitor and process compliance and privacy mailboxes.
</li><li>Maintain and help continuously improve intranet sites
</li><li>Keep up with new developments and best practices in compliance and privacy.
</li><li>Coordinate Central Privacy Council and draft agenda for meetings.</li>
