Associate Dean for the School of Business Administration-The University of Texas at Tyler-Texas
<strong>* </strong>Terminal degree from AACSB accredited program and be qualified to hold the rank of a tenured professor within the school.
<strong>*</strong> AACSB accreditation experience
<strong>*</strong> Proven record of outstanding teaching and scholarship
<strong>* </strong>Three to five years of growth oriented leadership at the department chair level or higher
<strong>* </strong>Three to five years of distinguished full-time experience in private or public sector executive positions is a plus factor
<strong>* </strong>Evidence of excellence in univeristy academic administration at the level of department chair or higher, including faculty development, academic assessment, and management of financial resources
<strong>* </strong>Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external constituencies
