<div>&middot; This individual will develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.&nbsp; This individual will perform both at a (multi-program) level and at the task level.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;Provides technical support to the production floor and technical staff. Be able to effectively communicate to all levels of management. Develop machine maintenance programs via SAP.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;The skill sets required for completing projects are concepting of high speed automated equipment, implementation into production per timeline and budget, documentating of operations, training and maintaining production operations with in a team environment.</div>
<div>&middot;&nbsp;The process development will utilize design for six sigma techniques and standard validation practices.</div>
