Client Project Manager-Reno Las Vegas-Bally Technologies
<ul>
<li>Responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations with assigned clients, which can include a specific corporate account or a group of specified accounts.
</li><li>Identifies opportunities for additional product sales at customer sites based on knowledge of company products available versus what is currently installed.
</li><li>Ensures that client personnel are properly trained, including providing information on training opportunities.
</li><li>Coordinate projects and use of personnel with appropriate departments managers and supervisors to ensure efficient manpower usage and meet installation objectives.
</li><li>Complete required status and activity reports for all service projects, installations, upgrades, sales and outstanding issues.
</li><li>Insures staging of systems are completed in a timely manner relative to installation schedules, and checks are put in place to guarantee accurate loading of correct software versions and parameters.
</li><li>Maintains awareness relative to compliance issues and status.
</li><li>Responsible for supervision of development and training of subordinates on assigned projects, and evaluation of their work performance. </li></ul>
