<li>Assisting in set up and configuration of the software application in site specific settings;
</li><li>Support during Go-Live in a new installation and support in all upgrade situations whether on-site or via modem.
</li><li>Troubleshooting reported conditions in the software, hardware and network configuration;
</li><li>Upgrading customer software to newer versions;
</li><li>Instructing / training customers in the use of the software;
</li><li>Tracking all contacts with customers through Clientele;
</li><li>Offer suggestions and support to internal Bally team.</li></ul>
